RESERVE A SPACE

 

All Davenport Public Library locations have meeting and study rooms available for use!

Before requesting a space, please read through the Meeting Room Policy for information about timeframes for booking, permitted uses, and any applicable fees (free use for nonprofits).

Main Library

Meeting Room B
  • Capacity: 32 (occupancy limit for default room setup) | 100 (maximum occupancy limit)
  • Audiovisual (AV) capabilities:
    • Projector with connections available via HDMI, VGA, and AirServer
    • 3 projector screens
    • Microphone
    • Listening devices
    • Blu-ray player
 
Meeting Room C
  • Capacity: 12 (occupancy limit for default room setup) | 20 (maximum occupancy limit)
  • Audiovisual (AV) capabilities:
    • Projector with connections available via HDMI, VGA, and AirServer
    • 3 LCD screens
    • Microphone
    • Listening devices
    • Blu-ray player
 
Study Rooms
  • 4 study rooms
  • Capacity: 5 (maximum occupancy limit)
  • Audiovisual (AV) capabilities:
    • LCD screen with connection available via AirServer
  • Whiteboard in each room
 

RESERVE A SPACE AT THE MAIN LIBRARY

Fairmount Branch

SCRA Room
  • Capacity: 24 (occupancy limit for default room setup)/80 (maximum occupancy limit)
  • Audiovisual (AV) capabilities
    • Projector with connections available via HDMI, VGA, and AirServer
    • LCD screen
    • Blu-ray player
  • Whiteboard
 
Brooke Room
  • Capacity: 12 (occupancy limit for default room setup)/35 (maximum occupancy limit)
  • Audiovisual (AV) capabilities:
    • Projector with connections available via HDMI, VGA, and AirServer
    • Projector screen
    • Blu-ray player
  • Whiteboard
NOTE: The partition between SCRA Room and Brooke Room may be removed to create a larger space. Both rooms must be booked.
 
Study Rooms
  • 2 study rooms
  • Capacity: 6 (occupancy limit) in the Large Study Room
  • Capacity: 2 (occupancy limit) in the Small Study Room
  • Audiovisual (AV) capabilities:
    • Large Study Room: Screen with connection available via AirServer
    • Small Study Room: None
  • Whiteboard in each room

Eastern Branch

Meeting Room A
  • Capacity: 30 (occupancy limit for default room setup)/96 (maximum occupancy limit)
  • Audiovisual (AV) capabilities:

    • Microphones

Meeting Room B
  • Capacity: 30 (occupancy limit for default room setup)/96 (maximum occupancy limit)

    • Projector with connections available via HDMI and VGA
    • Projector screen
    • Microphone
    • Blu-ray player
